Articles of Incorporation
SECOND ARTICLE:

The corporation is organized for all purposes permitted under Title 13B, MRSA, or, if not for all such purposes, then for the following purpose or purposes:

To promote the date of "August 19", in each and every year, as the only, actual, exclusive, trademark, and "official" date of "Polygamy Day", each year, in every and all successive years forward, from the very first "official" "Polygamy Day", which began, occurred, and was so declared on August 19, 2001, in Old Orchard Beach, in the State of Maine, United States of America.

To obtain, and thereafter sustain, the social, political, and legal freedom for freely consenting, adult, non-abusive, marriage-committed polygamy.

To achieve, and thereafter sustain, the de-criminalization of freely consenting, adult, non-abusive, marriage-committed polygamy, through successful repeal of any and all law(s) in any and all governmental jurisdictions, whereby and wherein such freely consenting, adult, non-abusive, marriage-committed polygamy remains, or appears to remain, as criminalized, or as otherwise illegalized, by any such govermental jurisdiction(s)'s definitions in law.

To plan, to promote, to both raise and disperse funds and resources (material and otherwise), to lobby (politically and otherwise), to publish, produce, and disseminate, and to conduct and/or inform by any other like means of information or activity, by which to conduct, achieve, protect, and sustain these purposes herein.
